Hello all!
I am trying to help someone out who is having issues with Stamps.com and Magento.
When someone fulfills an order, and the shipping label is printed (in Stamps.com) to ship to the person who made the order, the tracking number from Stamps.com is not automatically populating the tracking number field in Magento (for the order).
As a result, when someone receives an order confirmation email (sent from Magento), the tracking number is not included in the email.
I have the latest Stamps.php file on the server, and I believe Stamps.com is properly configured to work with Magento, but I do not know where to look to see why the tracking number is not automatically being inserted into the order on Magento.
Please advise!
