Technical Support - Big List of courier methods with no title and carrier name

Hi we have installed magento 2.2,2 ,it showing big list of courier methods with no title name and carrier name,,,,,if we select any one courier,,,on front end,,,,all gets selected,,,and when i click chekout ,,,,,,,,next procees wont happens,,,,,,though we nable flat rate courier only on back end.,kindly let me know what to do,,

Can you sahre your carriers list configuration (to check which methods are available and how).

Also, are you using the Luma theme or a custom one?
