The credit memo couldn't be saved. on Magento 2.3.3

Hi,

from today we are no longer able to create credit memo and close orders.

It worked well until a few days ago.

Creating a new credit memo, return error message "The credit memo couldn't be saved."

anyone can help us?

Any logs do you have for this, please validate your var/logs.

Thats weird, anyway can you help to check sales_creditmemo, sales_creditmemo_grid tables is there any duplicate entry related to increment id or anything. Just validate those things. 

In my understanding there should be magento lgos there in <magento_root>/var/logs folder.
