This webpage is not available

I get this web page is not available when launching  the links that magento gave me at the end of the install.  I think the links that magento are looking for are not in the correct folders.   Because I cant see them when I look in my magento directory on my apache2 ubuntu 14 server.  Where are the webpage or file that should load when I put in my localhost?

I found the problem,  this web site fixed the problem.
