Tier Prices for customer groups not working after upgrade to Magento 2.3.2

Our customer group tier prices do not appear to be working after an upgrade to Magento 2.3.2 last week.

 

They were working on 2.3.1 - the default All Group prices appear to be working, but when the customer is logged in, the default prices are still being applied.

 

Is anyone else having this issue?

This issue turned out to be a conflict within a plugin rather than a Magento issue.
