Hello,
I have a questions for M2 CE 2.3.3, why M2 saved timestamp as local timezone, but not in UTC.
But in M1, timestamp saved as UTC. And both are displayed as local in admin page.
Below the screenshots for cms_block creation,
in M1_db.png creation_time and update_time saved as UTC and in M1_admin.png displayed as local.
M2_db.png creation_time and update_time saved as local and in M2_admin.png displayed as local.
local timezone is Asia/Jakarta, Indonesia. I think expected result in M2 should be same as M1, in db saved as UTC and displayed as local.
if anyone has any idea about this i would be more than grateful.
