Web Setup Wizard - System Upgrade - Step 1: Select Version Checking for a new version...

Hello,

I am trying to upgrade from 2.3.0 to 2.3.1

When I go to System - Web Setup Wizard - System Upgrade

at Step 1: Select Version

Checking for a new version... takes forever

It is stuck on Checking for a new version...

The spinner rolls continuously but doesn't find the new version...

Anyone else has this problem?

please upgrade using command line don't upgrade using web setup.
