catalog product rule price refresh frontend

I'm a problem, it not refresh frontend after to all delete Product Rule Price, cache and Reindexation.

Hello,

if you are using magento 1 then click on apply rules

from  Promotions >> Catalog Price Rule , then flush magento cache and try it

Hello,

I use de Magento 2 and how the standard process not working.

I'm going to Marketing --> Product Price Rule --> Delete the rules --> Apply Rules After ReindexAll and Clear All Cache. But in the frontend hasn't refresh change.
