conflicting component dependencies in Magento 2.3.0

change memory_limit as 2G in .htaccess file in magento.

I fixed it by 

Removing the following from composer.json worked for me also to get past this issue.

Yeah. Thaht worked for me as well.

user.ini, .htaccess and php.ini set to 2G.
