incomplete order, transaction in Magento2 , but in PayPal it was completed

Hi

all orders are completed as they should, however, one order from a few days ago failed to register in Magento.

I'm using Magento 2.4.1-p1 recently noticed an order transaction in PayPal but with no order,  invoice, or transaction recorded in Magento admin. 

The only thing I can find is an abandoned cart for the customer timestamped 6 minutes earlier than paypal completed time.

Anyone else encountered such a problem?

We are using Magento2 and PayPal standards. We are facing a problem in the transaction that is when we order any product from an eCommerce website with PayPal payment method then at that time it's showing in Magento2 order section as incomplete transactions but the same has been completed on PayPal side. I have checked this issue on various websites like StackOverflow, GitHub, etc., but no one has faced such kind of issue before. Meanwhile, I have hired resume help services for meeting my office needs. So please tell me any solution if you have faced such an issue in your eCommerce website or not.
