"A server error stopped your order from being placed" Authorize.net issue

I am on Magento 2.3.1 and am getting the error "A server error stopped your order from being placed", when trying to checkout. This is after I enter the credit card info. It is configured to use authorize.net and I have determined that this is an Authorize.net error but cannot find a solution.

Please, I urgently need help resolving this.

Hi @mousepad 

I had same issue with authorize.net in Magento 2.3. Here are few possible reasons:

1) In case if you are using a local server for development. Make sure you have port 80 on for receive response from authorize.net

2) If you are using a sandbox account  enable LIVE transactions from developer account.

3) Try with creating a Hash key.

4) Our switch your server. Sometime if you are using a IP based server or Sub-domain to develop website, Authorize.net will not work for you. (You can enable authorize gateway after moving website to production).

Can you help me to fix the issue its very urgent for me. I have set all credentials properly but I get error "A server error stopped your order from being placed in authorize.net.
