varnish cache compatible with the the auto currency&store view switch

Hi for the load time of magento site, varnish cache is necessary.

But for us site which have several store views such as DE, FR.

It is also necessary to set the automatically currency and store view switch by the extension.

And such extensions are not compatible with the varnish cache.

How to deal with it? or is there the alternative way?
