Cannot Edit products after upgrading Magento 2.3.3.

Hello Everyone!

I recently had a developer upgrade my website from Magento 2.2.2 to 2.3.3, but in order to do this I had to move from a shared hosting to a VPS because developers told me they needed to restart and on a shared hosting you can't, so I got the VPS and after the upgrade now the website on the front end and the magento cPanle are extremely slow, I optimized the database through my hosting cPanel but no change... and now I also can't edit product because it will take a long time to load and it times out, I cannot edit products because of the timeout issue.

Have you already had a discussion with your Magento web hosting provider to understand if there were configurations and optimizations on the shared server that aren't included in your new VPS account?

Also, have you confirmed that caching is enabled?

Memory limit and Maximum execution time play a key role in your website loading speed.
