Is anyone else having problems with repo.magento.com?

As of lunchtime 2021-04-19, repo.magento.com is not letting me update magento.

i.e..

$ composer72 --dry-run upgrade
Loading composer repositories with package information

[... long wait...]

The "https://repo.magento.com/packages.json" file could not be downloaded: failed to open stream: HTTP request failed!

It doesn't respond to pings:

$ ping -c2 repo.magento.com
PING repo.magento.com (3.92.95.238) 56(84) bytes of data.

--- repo.magento.com ping statistics ---
2 packets transmitted, 0 received, 100% packet loss, time 1014ms

I've checked from various locations, with same result. e.g. (image also posted at https://postimg.cc/jLDtH3QQ because this site doesn't like displaying it for some reason)

There's no way to report the issue and (as far as I am aware) no status.magento.com to see if there's a problem that the magento folks are aware of.

I noticed on https://status.adobe.com/products/3350/ that to them it seems like repo.magento.com is working.

I doubt they've updated it. I've tried 3 different servers + my local dev, all the same issue.

It seems only support.magento.com is available for asking anything but it doesn't have any way to contact them about the issue )

Does anyone know if there'a mirror of the repo to work around the issue for now?

Having the issue today again. Actually on and off since Monday. Anyone else having issues still?
