Is it possible to use aws opensearch in 2.4.3p2?

Is it possible to use an aws opensearch end point in 2.4.3p2, and if so do you know how I would go about hooking this up?

You can use the OpenSearch starting from Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source versions 2.4.4, 2.4.3-p2, and 2.3.7-p3.
