I am in the process of locally trying to migrate magento 1.9.3.3 and magento 2.1. I am receiving an error Integrity Check Failed when to tries to migrate across settings concerned with stores.

Integrity Check failed
That is the output from the console and there appears to be no log informing of an error. Are there any areas (both the admin, code and the database) that could give a hint to the problem the migration tool is having.
