LOST ACCESS TO ORIGINAL - Magento Market Place Account with Purchase History
HELP Please: Magento Market Place Account
I have lost access to the Magento Market Place Account that set-up our Magento Site and that had all the extension purchases attached to it.
I have tried to connect Magento Market Place without any luck to recover the access to original account.
I have set-up a new account and attached the private and public key information, but since the extension are not connected to the new account, I can’t update the site or the extensions.
1.) Does anyone have a direct phone number for Magento Market Place support?
2.) Does anyone know how to transfer extensions to the new account history?
3.) Or any work around that would help with this problem.
I would really like to access the original account I have the Account ID put no way to access it. Any and all suggests welcome.
