Hello

I want to upgrade my Magento eCommerce from version 2.0.7 to 2.4.

Here I chose the upgrade with "Upgrade Magento via Admin Panel" where I use the Web Setup Wizard.

But when I choose system upgrade it searches for a new version and pops up with a red message "Sorry, we can't take that action right now."

I.e. it can't find a newer version

There are more differences between both versions. please check the required PHP extension and then try to upgrade it.

If you still face issues then compare the composer file content.

All I want to do is upgrade the server version... There must be some technical specialists that can help me :-)

How would I check the php rendition? What to do when I have discovered?
