What an incredible week of sharing knowledge and experiences! This newsletter includes updates for the week in Community Engineering and Imagine. These are just a few of the highlights from the numerous events!
You, the Magento Community, have contributed far more than code. You have provided expertise, progressive ideas, solutions to problems, and much more. The numbers though are amazing!
Contribution Day – We held a 2-day contribution event including Magento core, GraphQL, MSI, PWA, DevDocs, Adobe Stock Integration, and much more! We received a great number of contributions, held many discussions, welcomed new contributors, and learned from our veterans.
The event included a Beginner’s table with a new Beginner’s Guide on the M2 wiki. The wiki info and David Manners helped the group get started FAST! We had many new contributors join us. Thank you!
Livestreams & Recordings – If you missed watching the livestreams, see this page to watch those recordings. Additional recordings will be posted for the sessions. Keep watching Imagine 2019 for details.
Magento Masters – Congratulations and thanks to all of our Magento Masters, heart and soul in the community! They were welcomed to the stage in their super hero capes! See more about our masters in these blogs: Mentors, Movers, Makers.
Excellence Awards – Magento also awarded merchants, partners, and more. The finalists were announced in this blog post. Winners were announced and awarded on the big stage during Imagine! Many in our community aided these sites with designs, code, and more. Congratulations to all!
DevExchange – The Community, Magento, and Adobe came together to discuss many topics at the DevExchange, the ending event of Imagine. The groups covered diverse topics from work environments, testing, features, remote, events, and much more!
Magezine – Strix Commerce brought a printed magazine devoted solely to Magento on Magento Imagine - MAGEzine. Sign up here to get your copy: https://www.magezine.co/
