VAT adding up incorrectly on orders

Hi, I have had to change my hosting company as my site www.heatingandkitchens.co.uk was taking a couple of minutes to load. The new hosting company knows nothing about Magento but made the site run quickly.
However, some products have vat applied at 20%. This used to work but now doesn't.
The subtotal is fine at £100, the tax is shown at £20 but the grand total remains at £100.00
Any help would be appreciated as I can't go back to the developers.

you did not mention your magento version.

I am assuming magento2 

got to Store >> Configuration >> Sales >> Tax >> Shopping Cart Display Settings

Include Tax In Order Total set to Yes 

Same for order and invoice as well.

As I have lower priced items that include vat, the higher value items exclude vat. This has worked before so if I change these flags will it only calculate the products where I have said tax applies?

Thanks for this, all this does is take 20% of the subtotal and then adds the 20% back as showing its tax and comes back t0 the same figure

SUBTOTAL	£434.59
DISCOUNT (ELECTRIC RADIATOR DISCOUNT 2 RADIATORS = 1.5 % SAVING)	-£6.52

GRAND TOTAL EXCL. TAX £348.98

TAX £85.61

GRAND TOTAL INCL. TAX £434.59

I don't think my last message went through, I changed the flags but all this did was remove 20% then shown this separately and then added as below

GRAND TOTAL EXCL. TAX £348.98

TAX£85.61

GRAND TOTAL INCL. TAX £434.59

WHEN THE FLAGS ARE AS THEY WERE THE RESULT  IS

SUBTOTAL £434.59

DISCOUNT (ELECTRIC RADIATOR DISCOUNT 2 RADIATORS = 1.5 % SAVING)-£6.52

TAX £85.61

GRAND TOTAL

£434.59
