coupons in cart price rules

Hi,

I have created coupons for a few products  based on SKU.

When product is added to cart and the coupon is applied , it works fine and when another product which is also having coupon is added , the discount option for the first product (which is having a different coupon code ) is also applied for the second product . 

Also , I am also unable to apply code for the second product.

Could any body help me with is issue . I am not sure if i have created the conditions correctly . Hence i have attached screen shots .

Please check conditions which you have applied, you are missing something in these.

I am aware that something is wrong with the conditions .
Could you please help me find out where I have gone wrong .
What I have checked lately is that , after adding one item with coupon , and then if I add a second ( non coupon item ). , The second item is also getting discounted with first item rules
