1. Does Enterprise version of Magento come with built-in B2B? I couldn't find definitive answer.
I don't want to use extensions for B2B because integration doesn't work too seamlessly there.
2. This guy offers to sell me his Magento store and account. I'm afraid that he will do PayPal dispute on his transactions for buying Magento and extensions. What happens with script and extensions when someone opens a PayPal dispute?
