store pages look missy

I am working on magento 2.1.3, with 4 stores one of them if I clicked on pages it looks missy, please check the attached image.

N.B. it read the correct css file

You're right, something definitely isn't right here! Are there any failed requests for files that aren't loaded that the browser developer tools shows? I know that you meant that the css file is loaded but the screenshot does give the impression that it's almost on a mobile view even if you're on a desktop. 

What theme are you using? It does look custom so it could be a problem with the theme too.
