check out - shipping method gets stuck

I just set up my payment gateway using eway however when i try make a test sale it gets stuck on the shipping method section and won't proceed to the payment information section of the check out.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue or what the potential issues may be?

Hello,

I am not familiar with eWay.  Out of the box, I do not see eWay as a Payment option in Magento 1x or 2x.  I did a quick search on Magento Connect and I do see extensions built for that Payment Gateway.  Have you talked to one of those extension providers to help resolve your issue?
