Dear Sir/ Madam,

My name is Hieu. I took Magento Certified Developer Exam on March 27, 2015. I was told that i would receive certificate within 4-8 weeks. But up to now, i still have not received yet. 

Please check this and reply  as soon as possible. Thank you very much !

You appeared for the certification long back. As per my knowledge Magento do mail hard copy of certificates now. You can print/view you certificate from your Magento account.
