Transfer certification to personal account

Hi Team,

I want to see my all certificates to my personal account, can we transfer the certificates from my employee email address 'lambe@adobe.com' to my personal account 'kailashlambe7@gmail.com'?

I have already followed the existing thread https://community.magento.com/t5/Training-Certification/Transfer-certification-to-personal-account/t... and updated the company email but I do not see all certifications together in a single account.

Please suggest.
