How to setup /.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid--domain-association file on site?

Could you please elaborate your query?

As I can understand for Apple Pay setup, you just need to generate .txt file and that file should be accessible from your website like https://xyz.com/.well-known/apple-developer-merchantid--domain-association.txt

So, you need to create .well-known folder and put that file inside folder and after verification completed from Apple Pay, you can start using that service.
