Creative Pricing for B2B Customers

I need to use my Magento site as a portal for my trade customers. My objective is to to base Pricing on a discount from Retail Price according to their Customer Category and the brand of the product they are buying.

We require no more than 100 Customer categories and 100 Brand Categories.  Any number of customers can belong to a Customer Category and any number of products to a Brand Category.

When a customer logs in Magento would read the Customer Category table their account has been allocacated.  This would list a discount against each Brand Category being the discount their Customer Group receives on that brand.  

This is sometimes accomplished with price lists but with 100 Customer Groups and 100 brands this becomes too unweildy and diffcult to manage.

Does anyone have any ideas as to how this might be achieved?

You can customise based on customer group. You can define customer group for each category and define price based on that customer group.
