I'm new to magento and need help using the extension J2T AUTO ADD. Where's the best place to ask about this topic?

Hi Rui,

For support with a module from J2T, the base place to go would be their website where you can reach out to them for technical support: j2t-design.net . I've also tagged them in this post: @j2tdesign , although I don't know if they monitor their Magento Forums account.

In regards to posting in the forums, there's actually a category for topics related to Extension Installation that may be a good fit: https://community.magento.com/t5/Installing-Extensions/bd-p/installing-extensions

This is probably the best place on the forums to write about issues installing or configuring an extension.
