Magento Community Profile Errors

Hi everyone, I am facing several problems with my Magento Community profile that need addressing as follows:

1. I submitted my profile picture for review long ago, but it has been a while and it has yet to pass.
2. I also submitted my biography, which was stated successful. However, other users can't see it.

If anyone can help please let me know. Thanks!

Hi @LitCommerce Expert,

All the images needs to be moderated (and the number of spam content is more than enough so, from time to time, we can not moderate everything as fast as we wish).
