Royal mail click and drop is not connecting with magento 2.3

I am trying to intigrete my click and drop account with magento 2 but its show error while connecting. Error is The attempt to post data to consumer failed due to an unexpected error. Please try again later. Can anyone help me to solve this issue.

Not familiar with that error message and it's pretty vague so difficult to know.

Is your website publicly accessible?

Is your website fully served over a secure protocol (https)?

Did you set up the integration in System > Integrations or using a third party extension?

Hello - did you get anywhere as I have just been set-up on Click and Drop and getting exactly the same error using 2.2.6...  I have contacted royal mail also in case the issue is their end, but wondered if you have any luck.
