payment gateway system on Magento 2 (Checkout Error)

We are developing a plugin for our payment gateway system on Magento 2.

When testing in Magento, I encounter an issue. After adding a product to the cart and attempting to proceed to checkout, the system prevents me from doing so and displays the following error (please refer to the attached screenshot). Could you please help me resolve this issue?
