This approach to the rule won't work unfortunately as the "Discount Qty Step (Buy X) " only applies to multiple quantities of the same product. Hence why it works if you have 4 of the same item but not if you have 2 and 2.   You could create a rule which has a condition on it instead which looks for cart quantity of 4. This isn't going to automatically work out the multiples though. Whats the range of order quantities of your stores? If it's not too high, you could manually create the discount levels with multiple rules, each with their own quantity condition, i.e. one for 4 items in the cart, one for 8, one for 12, one for 16.  ... It does appear to be ignoring your request to ignore catalogsearch URLs.  To double check that your robots.txt is set up correctly you could go into Google Search Console and copy a catalogsearch URL into the fetch as google tester to see if google knows it shouldn't access those URLs.   It is at least an honest crawler, http://www.domaincrawler.com/, so maybe there's a configuration problem. If you don't wish them to crawl your site though, you can choose to block the user agent or the IP as that appears to be a dedicated one to internetvikings, the company behind comaincrawler. It is an interesting topic of conversation and one I can see either way. From a user point of view, it can make sense to integrate with the same section of core admin: additions to google analytics should go in the standard google analytics section from a user journey perspective. The spanner in the works is that many admin users are actually familiar with what functionality is core and what functionality is from an extension. From their perspective it makes sense to go to that extension's configuration section. That's why you'll end up finding a mix of solutions from extension vendors. There has been some pushback from the community of vendors having their own tab on the lefthand side, and certainly pushback of having it in the main navigation menu as it's self-inflated importance and can get in the way.    Now what we really need if for admin users to be able to customise the way their admin looks ;) ...
