EU cookie law for Magento 2

Does there exists an extension for the EU cookie law for Magento 2?

I think such a warning should be implemented in Magento itself, since there are many counties that require the web page to warn the users about cookies.

Also, I used to use such an extension in OpenCart, but google indexed the text in my warning as my primary description for my web store, which was awful.
