Seeking extension to allow our customers to upload additional files and info

Hi

I am having some difficulties in collect more info from our customers in Magento 2. Now I want to add more input into registration form to get more data from customers and use this data to increase sales!

So Is there any magento 2 extension that helps us to allow our customers to upload additional files

Could anyone here give me some suggestions?
