Hi there, pretty new to the extension side of Magento. I'm looking for an extention that can accomedate the following, does anyone know any?

You can try Shipping Table rates to achive this. The extension lets you create any number of shipping methods: multiple flat rates, multiple table rates, etc. Flat and percent rates; combinations of address, weight, price and quantity to calculate shipping. You will also be able to import rates and edit them manually.

I purchased the extension but no matter what method I add it says Sorry, "no quotes are available for this order at this time."

If is possible to create a import from the picture I provided?
