There are many extension which provides the shipping but if you want to know live shipping rate and tracking order after shipping Australia Post Shipping extension is best for this.

Latest news by Australia post shipping main website which are combined the product like StarTrack + Australia Post eParcel = Parcel send(some of Australia post shipping feature)

Here parcel send has the same feature as Australia Post eParcel shipping extension.
