Display Note for all products

Hello,

actually the shipping time of our products in our Magento 1.9.4.4 Shop is significally higher than before.

We want to show every user a small note with that information for every product (global).

After the shipping issues, we want to deactivate the note for every product with an easy click.

Is there a built-in function to manage that, or a module?

You can show your information in small banner above the page for all pages. Check below link

When you are done with the changes. Please clear magento cache.
