admin login takes 2 minutes

Hello,

in my installation (ver. 1.9.0.1), I have this weird behavior: frontend is very fast, when I try to login in admin takes 2 minutes or even more, but then again moving into admin is quite normal. Nothing in logs...

Any help?

You can try this:

System > Configuration > Advanced > Advanced > Disable Modules Output  set Mage_AdminNotification to disable.
Save the setting, logout and login again.

Hi @jeff_lacoursier and @agiorgini,

Are you using some custom module for dashboard charts?

What if you try to configure the login to redirect to another page as starting page? DId you get the same result? (You can change that on System -> Configuration -> Advanced -> Admin -> Startup Page)
