Web Developer Access redirects forever

I had to create Access for one of the web developers. i only gave him access to the content section and noticed that he can't login. Only if i add access to the dashboard it works.

I dont want the web developers to see that information. What can I do?

Which Magento version are you using?

Is the Role properly configured? (I understand the answer will be "yes" but it could be useful to double check)

The requirement that you have, require customization.

But as a quick solution, you can set the page where Admin User will be redirected after login. 

This can be done in 

Store --> Configuration --> Advanced --> Admin --> Startup Page 

Change to a Page, which your developer has access to.
