Customer Grid reindex has become very slow after three attributes were added to it

Hi guys, after I added 3 new attributes to the customer grid through the flags is_used_in_grid, is_visible_in_grid, is_filterable_in_grid, is_searchable_in_grid, the customer grid reindex has become very slow. Do you know if is there any possibility to speed it up?

Do the re-index once and try.

php bin/magento indexer:reindex

php bin/magento cache:flush
