Recently took over for a previous employee. Their account is locked out and I cannot access our site. Unfortunately, it also looks like the email being used to contact help is an address we no longer have access to. Is there any way to recover his account without that contact email working? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'll be honest I'm not even sure. I am a complete web novice handling these accounts until my org finds a replacement for our previous web person. If you could help me figure out how I would access the database that would be greatly appreciated.
