Don't worry sometime it happened. As in the previous month I was facing the same issue on kinemaster prime site. But after indepth analysis that the issue was due to a nulled plugin. Which was installed by one of my employee. When I removed that plugin so the issue got fixed. And now working proper. So you also need to do proper checking of all the plugins and extensions.
