i passed the Magento Certified solution Specialist exam on 30th April.
But the certification icon/badge and the certification information/tab are not linked to my Magento account yet.
What do i have to do to link the certification information to my account ?

They don't send out hardcopies anymore. You're supposed to download the certificate PDF from your account "My Certifications" section and print it out yourself. Yeah, I know it sucks, but that the way things are.
Hi @Chin Man Choi, is it possible you provided a different MAG ID when taking the test than what you are logging in with? Check http://magento.com/training/certification-faq for common reasons why it may not show up.

Because of problems with the proemtric website during enrolling for my exam i contacted Prometric via phone. Then due to a misunderstanding a wrong email-address was used for the exam registration process.
I have corrected this wrong email-address in my Prometric-Account already.
And I have already contacted and informed certifcation@magento.com about this.
Is this sufficient ?

Hi @Magecom, certifications will only display for individual Magento users. I'd definitely encourage your team to post as individuals rather than as a company account so that others in the community can get to know them and they can show off their badges with pride. ![]()
I figured I should try posting here before creating a totally new topic. I'm having the same issue as the original poster, I took and passed the exam on 6/3/16, however the certification tab is not showing up in my account. I have the score report that Prometric prints out after the exam and the Magento ID listed is correct. I've actually sent in 4 different emails regarding this issue and haven't even received an email acknowledging me. I understand the physical certification can take up to 6 weeks, however Prometric states that the results should be updated to my account in 24-48 business hours. At this point I just want to confirm there are no issues and get everything in order, though I would also like clarification on how Magento support, specifically the certification section, typically handles emails. I find it incredibly frustrating that there hasn't been even a single response after four emails (two of them straight to certification@magento.com, the other two through the "Contact Us" form).
